Arches, light and a coastal outlook.

Pacific Parade is a mixed-use project in Currumbin, combining commercial space with four residences. Designed by Freespace Design and under construction by Ecostruct, the project is expected to be completed in March 2027.

The architectural renders show a double-height living space framed by tall arched glazing, a sweeping curved stair and pale textured finishes. Broad openings connect the dining area to a terrace, carrying the same soft curves through the proposed interiors.
